Amaya's Bellydance Channel collects during the user and dancer registration process information that allows users to access Bellydance TV and all of its features and functions. This information is held in strict confidence and is never given out or shared with anyone under any circumstances. Users who have forgotten their password may recorder t heir password and have it sent to their email address where they may use it if they own, or have access to that email address.

Mailing List Information We Collect

In order to communicate with users and to keep them updated when new videos, or changes happen to the Amaya's Bellydance Channel website we collect email addresses and occasionally phone numbers. We only use this information to conduct Amaya's Bellydance Channel official business and subscribers to any mail list will not ever have their information shared with any 3rd party.

Anti-Spam Policy

Bellydance TV through our mail list management service to all government regulations governing spam. We will only send eamil to members for the following reasons.

1. Announcement of the addition of newly added belly dance instructional videos.

2. Announcement to of the addition of new website features, or functions making the website easire to use, or richer.

3. The providing of important and valuable information to belly dancers who have listed videos on the subject of changes to the video platform or hints, tips , or suggestions about how to use the video platform to their advantage.

4. Announcements pertaining to the scheduling of audio conference calls.

5. Other items which we cannot detail here that may come up that we believe our members will believe to be valuable.

At no time do we ever share your information with anyone and at no time will we ever sent you email without your expressed consent as governed by the can-spam laws.
